Denture Relines/Rebases/Repairs
Your health professional can help you understand the circumstances involved in ill-fitting, loose or broken dentures. Not all of these situations will require a new denture. A reline or a rebase may solve your problem.
The requirement for a Reline maybe caused by:
- Post Immediate Dentures
- Tooth Loss
- Weight Loss
- Bone Loss in Upper or Lower Jaw
- Sickness or Disease
- General Physiological Aging
The requirement for a Rebase may be caused by:
- Broken Denture
- Weakened or Old Pink Arcrylic Base
- Immediate Denture
Note: Neither Relines or Rebases fix worn occlusion or decreased vertical dimension. They only better the fit of the denture(s).
